About

Andy Nelson
Founder, Cascade Project Group

I've spent the last two decades in construction — starting in the field and working my way into supervising and managing operations on large custom homes, hospitality build-outs, and renovation work on older homes that needed real envelope repair, not a patch. What I bring to a project is the ability to see it as a whole — every trade, every sequence, every detail — and back that vision with thorough planning and documentation, not guesswork. When something does go wrong, I look for the fix that actually solves it, not the one that just gets us through the week. That's the standard I hold every project to, at Cascade Project Group.

Approach

Why clients work with CPG.

Field-tested

Assessments and project decisions informed by real build experience, not just paperwork.

Documentation-first

Every assessment, proposal, and project is backed by clear, defensible records.

No compromise on quality

Construction standards don't flex for budget pressure, and neither does the rigor behind an assessment.
